Instead of sharing gold from this past week - I've curated some vintage gold (though not vintage in the dictionary definition of the word) that I've found.
The things that have stuck with me are the things that have changed me and so here's some gold that's stuck with me...
- Our time is so precious. Hank Fortener articulates the brevity of our days and how to make them count in Saturday: Count Your Days.
- I've experienced an exceptional amount of poor leadership in my life. Simon Sinek articulates the beautiful way leadership should be in his TED talk Why Good Leaders Make You Feel Safe. "Leadership is a choice, it's not a rank." So good.
- Barbara Corcoran's 8 Lessons for Entrepreneurs contains such solid business gold. She shares insightful, compelling, business-changing tips in a set of 8 short videos. It's hard to believe we get it for free.
- And partly for fun, partly for current events and awareness - Last Week Tonight's YouTube page (if you're not already watching the show). I love the skillful way John Oliver covers current events and illuminates the truth about how some businesses and industries operate. If you haven't watched it yet, giddy up!
